Lawn Mowing Service Delaware

FAQ’s

Do we require contracts?

No. You may suspend or cancel service at any time. We will continue to come and service your property until you cancel. For each new season, we will mail out a reminder letter in February and ask that you notify us if any changes or added services are needed.

How do we bill for service?

We will charge your credit card at the end of each month for periods when service was performed. We only bill for actual work done. Information security is important to us, your credit card information will only be stored using Intuit Quickbooks Online (our accounting service).

Is there an extra charge for the first time cut?

An extra charge may be applied if the lawn requires additional work to get into shape. Such as, having gone multiple weeks since the last cut.

How do we handle Summer cutting?

In the event of droughts or poor growing conditions, we may suspend cutting for one or more weeks while the grass is not growing.

How do we handle Fall cutting?

We outfit our mowers with mulching kits, which does a nice job of reducing the leaves and cleaning up the lawn for moderate leaf amounts. We also offer a total leaf removal service. This includes blowing out the leaves from mulch beds and around the property. The usual schedule is to perform two rounds of leaf removal (grass cutting is included as part of the service). One cleanup in November and the final cleanup in early December, after the leaves are done falling.

Can you help me with weeds in my mulch beds or sidewalks?

For a small charge we can spray cracks and mulch beds with grass / weed killer upon request.

Do you do one-time cuts?

Sorry, at the present time we only take on regular service customers.
